Being caught up in a legal battle is not fun. Usually a divorce or a vehicle accident comes at the worst possible time. You have obligations, you have people depending on you, and the time and energy required to take on another battle is more than you can bear right now.
You hire me to take on that stress for you, so you can sleep a little easier at night. I will explain everything to you in plain English and together we will dig through the options and find a solution that works best for you. If we can’t reach a reasonable settlement, I will fight for your rights in court, as I have for many other clients.
I have represented a wide variety of clients, all with different backgrounds, varied goals, and individual needs. No matter how complicated or simple your situation may be, I’ll give you the level of representation you need.
I received a Bachelor of Science from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, and a Master’s of Science from Western Illinois University in Macomb, Illinois. After working for many years designing tooling and fixtures for metal cutting machines, I earned my Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Nashville School of Law, graduating in the top 10% 0f my class. After receiving my license to practice law I opened a solo practice in Nashville, where I have been representing clients since 2006.
In our spare time Marie Stacey and I enjoy exploring the many local back roads on our motorcycles, and we also run and ride bicycles when we can. We can often be found joining local motorcycle group rides or attending bike nights or volunteering at motorcycle events.
